- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and products to help us resolve the issue quickly.
