At thevaluecart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We only accept returns and provide refunds in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged or defective product.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for any other reason.
Claim Period
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
Proof Required
To process your request, you must provide:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully visible
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Color or appearance variations caused by screen settings or lighting
- Products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered
- Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories
- Requests made after the 3-day claim period
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. If the claim is found to be invalid or the product does not meet the above conditions, the return or refund request will be declined.
